This policy explains what information iChat (the website ichat4.com and the iChat Android app) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture. You can add a username, bio, profile and cover photos, and interests.
• Content you create — posts, reels, comments, stories, polls, group posts, messages and the photos, videos and voice notes in them.
• Activity — likes, follows, saves, views, streaks and points, used to run these features and to suggest content.
• Location (optional) — only if you allow it, to show people nearby. You can turn it off in your device settings at any time.
• Device information — a notification token (to send you notifications you turned on), and basic technical data such as your browser or device type and IP address, used for security and to keep the service working.

What's public

Your username, profile picture, cover, bio, follower counts and your public posts (not posts in private groups, and never anonymous posts' authorship) can be seen by anyone, including people who are not signed in. Your private messages are never public, and our administrators do not read your private conversations.

How we use information

• To provide iChat: your feed, chats, notifications, streaks, points and Premium.
• To keep iChat safe: reviewing reported content, checking new photo and video posts, and preventing spam and abuse.
• To show ads to users who are not Premium members (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and cookies

iChat shows ads from Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the app. Premium members don't see ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
• Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The website also stores small settings in your browser (your sign-in session, language and theme) so it works properly.

Service providers

We use Google (sign-in, ads, Google Play billing for Premium, Firebase notifications, and reCAPTCHA to protect sign-in from bots — its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms) and hosting providers to run iChat. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your posts and comments at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us from the email address on your account and we'll delete it.

Children

iChat is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has an account, contact us.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app for important changes.

السياسة دي بتوضح iChat (موقع ichat4.com وتطبيق iChat على أندرويد) بيجمع إيه من بيانات، وبيستخدمها إزاي، وإيه الاختيارات اللي في إيدك.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• بيانات الحساب — لما تسجّل دخول بجوجل: اسمك وإيميلك وصورتك. وتقدر تضيف اسم مستخدم ونبذة وصورة بروفايل وغلاف واهتمامات.
• المحتوى اللي بتعمله — البوستات والريلز والتعليقات والستوري والاستطلاعات وبوستات الجروبات والرسايل، والصور والفيديوهات والفويس اللي فيها.
• نشاطك — اللايكات والمتابعة والحفظ والمشاهدات والستريك والنقاط، عشان تشغيل المميزات دي واقتراح محتوى.
• الموقع (اختياري) — بس لو سمحت بيه، عشان نوريك الناس القريبة. وتقدر تقفله من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
• بيانات الجهاز — رمز الإشعارات (عشان نبعتلك الإشعارات اللي فعّلتها)، وبيانات تقنية بسيطة زي نوع المتصفح أو الجهاز وعنوان IP، للأمان وعشان الخدمة تشتغل.

إيه اللي بيبقى عام

اسم المستخدم وصورة البروفايل والغلاف والنبذة وعدد المتابعين وبوستاتك العامة (مش بوستات الجروبات الخاصة، وصاحب البوست المجهول عمره ما بيظهر) ممكن أي حد يشوفها، حتى اللي مش مسجّل دخول. رسايلك الخاصة عمرها ما بتبقى عامة، والأدمن مش بيقرا محادثاتك الخاصة.

بنستخدم البيانات في إيه

• عشان نقدملك iChat: الصفحة الرئيسية والرسايل والإشعارات والستريك والنقاط وPremium.
• عشان نحافظ على أمان iChat: مراجعة المحتوى المبلّغ عنه، وفحص الصور والفيديوهات الجديدة، ومنع السبام والإساءة.
• عشان نعرض إعلانات للمستخدمين اللي مش مشتركين في Premium (شوف تحت).

إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

الإعلانات والكوكيز

iChat بيعرض إعلانات من Google AdSense على الموقع وGoogle AdMob في التطبيق. مشتركين Premium مش بيشوفوا إعلانات.

• شركات خارجية، منها جوجل، بتستخدم الكوكيز عشان تعرض إعلانات على حسب زياراتك السابقة للموقع ده أو مواقع تانية.
• استخدام جوجل لكوكيز الإعلانات بيخليها هي وشركاءها يعرضولك إعلانات على حسب زياراتك للموقع ده و/أو مواقع تانية على الإنترنت.
• تقدر توقف الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات إعلانات جوجل، أو توقف كوكيز بعض الشركات الخارجية من aboutads.info.
• اعرف أكتر عن إزاي جوجل بتستخدم البيانات من المواقع اللي بتستخدم خدماتها.

الموقع كمان بيحفظ إعدادات صغيرة في متصفحك (جلسة الدخول واللغة والمظهر) عشان يشتغل صح.

مقدمي الخدمات

بنستخدم جوجل (تسجيل الدخول والإعلانات والدفع عن طريق Google Play لـ Premium وإشعارات Firebase، وreCAPTCHA لحماية تسجيل الدخول من البوتات — وبتطبق عليه سياسة خصوصية وشروط جوجل) وشركات استضافة عشان نشغّل iChat. وهما بيتعاملوا مع البيانات بس عشان يقدمولنا خدماتهم.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات ومسحها

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك شغال. وتقدر تمسح بوستاتك وتعليقاتك في أي وقت. ولو عايز تمسح حسابك وبياناته، تواصل معانا من الإيميل اللي على حسابك وهنمسحه.

الأطفال

iChat مش معمول للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة، ومش بنجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. لو شايف إن فيه طفل عنده حساب، تواصل معانا.

التغييرات

لو غيّرنا السياسة دي هنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق، ولو التغيير مهم هنعرّفك في التطبيق.
