Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

By using iChat (ichat4.com and the iChat app) you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old.
Keep your account secure; you're responsible for what happens on it.
One person, one account — don't impersonate anyone.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it you give iChat permission to store, display and share it within the service (for example in feeds, to your followers, or publicly for public posts) so iChat can work. You can delete your content at any time.

What's not allowed

Harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
Nudity, sexual content, or anything that sexualizes minors.
Violence, illegal activity, or promoting self-harm.
Spam, scams, fake engagement, or misleading content.
Posting other people's private information, or content you don't have the rights to.
Trying to break, overload or misuse the service, or collecting data from it with bots.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Anyone can report a post or an account from its ⋯ menu.

Points, streaks and Premium

Points and streaks have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. Premium is a Google Play subscription; billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play.

iChat is free and supported by ads for users who aren't Premium members. Don't click ads on purpose to generate revenue, and don't ask others to.

The service

iChat is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above. Questions? Contact us.

Premium

Google Play.
